Whether you arrive by land, sea, or sky, the Pilgrim Monument is the first thing you see when you approach Provincetown. Standing at 252 feet, the Monument commemorates the history of the Mayflower Pilgrims and beyond. It’s the tallest all-granite structure in the United States. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you can climb the monument for amazing views of the Cape. Don’t miss the museum onsite for displays and information about early settlers and the history of Cape Cod’s Native Americans. There is also a fantastic gift shop.
